Leadership Mendocino believes that strong communities need informed, connected, and activated leaders.
Leadership Mendocino seeks to strengthen our communities by developing a diverse group of people who will get involved and make a difference. Considered a “Masters Class in Mendocino County” participants join prestigious alumni of over 800 members.
Through our once-monthly class days, you will be exposed to leaders and programs throughout our region in areas of local governance, education, health, agriculture, business, cultural history, and more. Leadership Mendocino provides personal executive skill development and unparalleled connections and access throughout Mendocino County.

It is through your contributions that this program is able to continue to engage and inspire local people to be the leaders of the future. Supporting Leadership Mendocino ensures that we continue to give back to this community we love.
Our Alumni are our single biggest asset. Founded in 1992 over 800 people have participated in Leadership Mendocino. These individuals have made positive impacts in Mendocino County and beyond. The lasting relationships formed amongst each of the 30 classes and connections developed with the presenters and previous alumni provide a vast network of mentors and friends.
