New Family Portals & How to Register
Early Care and Education (ECE) now has online portals for families!
The Family Portal is for families who are enrolled in child care services with RCCC. Families interested in applying for child care services should visit Early Care and Eligibility List (EL) or contact our Resource and Referral office at (707) 263-4688.
Portal Features Include:
- Print Daily Sign-In/Sign-Out Recourds (DSSRs)
- View Provider Payment Information
- Access Child Care Certificates and Notices of Action
- Report Changes/Updates & More!
Once logged into the portal, please refer to the User Guide for detailed information about the online services available to you.
Family Portal Registration
To register, follow the steps below:
- Go to our Family Portal Website.
- Click on "Create "Account".
- Enter your email address.
- Enter your preferred password that meets the password requirements.
